What are the permanent features of the proposed WWTP, once operational?
The permanent features of the Proposed Development include:
- the integrated WWTP;
- the permanent vehicular access;
- the permanent pedestrian and cyclist access to the WWTP;
- the outfall;
- the landscaped area and path as part the landscape masterplan; and
- a vent along the transfer tunnel.

All the land temporarily used in construction for the laying of pipelines, soil handling, siting of construction compounds, haul roads etc will be reinstated to previous condition and uses. including returning land to previous levels, reseeding areas and replacing hedgerow sections where these were affected by a pipeline route.
